In this webinar, you can learn about the Nordic harmonisation of life cycle assessment - and more specifically a project on digitalising LCA. The main objective of this project is to create best practice guidelines for BIM-based building LCA and material declaration across the Nordics.
VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, who leads the project, will explain the current operating environment of building LCA and BIM. They will also inform about the constraints and enablers for harmonising building LCA in the Nordic countries and Estonia.
VTT will also shed light on the enablers and hindrances for BIM-based building LCA in Nordic countries and Estonia. After these research findings, Granlund will describe the draft report on process for BIM-based building LCA, followed by the opportunity to comment on the draft report.
