The aim is to promote methods that use local knowledge, skills and materials. Through the perspectives presented in this article, we will get an understanding of cultural, political and legislative barriers, as well as how these can be overcome.
The goal is to create an understanding on how the Nordic countries can work more actively with place-based architecture as a community shaper, and what would pave the way for a more resilient practice and charting a course for Nordic Construction between 2025 and 2030.
