New regulations and the green transition place increasing demands on the circularity of Nordic companies’ operations. By implementing circularity actions, companies could turn inefficiencies in linear value chains into business value.
Circularity contributes to disconnecting economic growth from resource consumption, making the implementation of circular business models important for securing the competitiveness of the businesses.
Through two tracks of training webinars we seek to engage business advisors, employees of business organizations, networks, clusters and other multipliers in the circular transition by providing them with the necessary competence to support Nordic businesses in implementing circular business models.
The sessions will build upon the Nordic Circular Economy Playbook – a step-by-step tool for companies to develop circular businesses.
Track 1: Circular Business Models: the Fundamentals
These two sessions aim to introduce companies to the most fundamental parts of circular economy.
Focus will be on explaining and raise awareness about the business value and potential for companies in employing circular business models.
The training is particularly relevant for companies in manufacturing chains such as technology and raw material suppliers, financing, and logistics.
